So here is my lunch for today…yummy brussel sprouts I made. I just threw them in the pan with some garlic and chili paste, they were quick and delicious. I also had a yogurt, some cookies, and some rice cake snacks throughout my day at work. After work today I went out to eat with some old friends at a mexican restaurant. This posed a slight problem. I could not find anything vegetarian on the menu that I like (I do NOT eat salad). Luckily I was not too hungry, I wasn’t feeling so good today, so I just ate chips and queso. Hopefully tomorrow will be better, we’ll see what I cook up.
Simple salad of brussels sprouts pan seared in butter and cherry tomatoes over romaine, lemon juice, salt & pepper.

Think Spring Addition :) - Brussel Sprouts w/ carraway seeds. Go to sandwich flats w/ a veggie burger - mushrooms in truffle oil , cabot 50% low fat cheddar cheese , half a laughing cow slice … eating right never tasted SO good. I’ve been not loving a lot of the food i’ve made lately and let me tell you … this meal got me over hump day. a lil cabernet sauvignon - rosenblum (california) … surprisingly good ! YUM
